All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product you received is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mulligansports1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

If we determine the product is defective, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The item was used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear

  • The request is made after the 7-day window

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
